Ticket Options:
Bahamas Trip Attendee ($0) – If you are participating in the Bentley in the Bahamas trip, your Commencement Ball ticket is included in the cost. Purchase the $0 ticket option to confirm your attendance at the ball.
Senior Ticket ($60) – If you are not participating in the Bentley in the Bahamas trip, but you are a graduating senior, purchase a Senior Commencement Ball ticket to attend.
Guest Ticket ($75) – Seniors are able to purchase one guest ticket, which may include a Bentley student who is not graduating or a non-Bentley guest.
Wristbands:
All Commencement Ball attendees will be required to have a wristband in order to board the bus and enter the venue.
Bentley students must be present a Bentley ID to pick up their wristbands. Bentley Seniors may pick up wristbands for their guests.

Thursday, May 7 – 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM, SP&E Office (STU 330)
Friday, May 8 – 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM, SP&E Office (STU 330)
Event Policies and FAQs:
Ticket includes a ticket to the Commencement Ball, bus transportation to and from The Westin Copley, dinner food stations, and entertainment.
There will be several bars throughout the event for those 21+ wishing to purchase alcohol. Credit cards are accepted. Only state issued driver’s license (and identification cards) and Passports will be accepted as valid forms of identification.
All attendees must have a wristband to enter the event. Venue security will deny access to any student they assess to be intoxicated. No entry will be permitted to the event after 10:30 PM.
The Westin Copley does not allow guests to leave the floor of the event and then return. While we recognize this might provide some inconvenience to guests, it is something we do not have the ability to change. Please be aware that you will not be allowed back into the event if you leave the event space to go to another level of the hotel.
The Commencement Ball is a formal celebration and we encourage attendees to dress accordingly.
No bags allowed. Small purses will be permitted.
No alcohol will be permitted onto the buses or into the venue. Those found violating this policy will be asked to leave the event.
Students are not required to take the buses from Bentley to the venue. However, attendees arriving by their own means of transportation will not be permitted into the event after 10:30 PM. While buses will be transporting students to the event, we recognize that students may be coming from other locations where it is more convenient for them to head to the Westin Copley directly. If you choose to drive, you are responsible for your parking. We encourage all students to choose safe means of travel and not drive if they have consumed any alcohol.
Food will be provided. There will be food stations. No formal sit-down dinner will be served.
