In today’s diverse workplace, communication styles are evolving rapidly—from handwritten letters to emails to instant texts. This interactive session explores how different generations communicate, what has changed and what remains the same.
Through engaging discussion and reflection, we’ll define generational differences and uncover how lived experiences influence communication styles. This session invites curiosity and mutual respect, encouraging participants to challenge stereotypes and explore the assumptions they may hold about other generations.
