Level 1
Level 1 students must complete 5 workshops and either a mentor circle or corporate visit
- WLP Orientation
- WLP First-Year check-in
- Leadership Exploration workshop
- Unconscious Bias workshop
- Intersectionality workshop
- Sexual Harassment Training Module
- Imposter Syndrome workshop (offered in the spring)
- Mentor Circle OR Corporate Visit
Level 2 students must complete 4 workshops and either a mentor circle or corporate visit
- Creative Confidence workshop
- Powerful Presence workshop
- Interpersonal Communications workshop
- Perspectives workshop
- Exploration of Career Paths workshop (now for Levels 2 + 3)
- Mentor Circle OR Corporate Visit
Level 3 students must complete 4 workshops and either a mentor circle or corporate visit
- Mentorship, Sponsorship & Networking workshop
- How to Advocate in Professional Spaces workshop
- Closing the Confidence Gap workshop
- Intergroup Dialogue on Race workshop
- Exploration of Career Paths workshop
- Mentor Circle OR Corporate Visit
Level 4 students must complete 3 workshops and either a mentor circle or corporate visit
- Negotiations workshop
- Men as Allies Summit (counts as a workshop)
- Writing Your New Narrative workshop
- Adulting workshop
- Mindfulness workshop
