Organizations are becoming more inclusive and values-driven, but our research shows that many struggle to engage in open conversations, especially abound issues of identity. We also know that high-performing organizations are feedback-rich, encourage authenticity among all employees, and leverage inclusion to achieve business goals. To bridge this gap, we created a session where participants learn to navigate difficult conversations related to identity, roles, and functions. The Brave Dialogues™ framework emphasizes feedback as a gift to build trust, demonstrate vulnerability, and enhance psychological safety. This session helps participants develop a key leadership skill that fosters inclusive, innovative, and high-impact teams.
