Real Talk: No Small Talk (Performing vs. Being)

*Real Talk: No Small Talk* is a rotating signature dialogue program designed to foster authentic, vulnerable, and meaningful conversations among students. The program encourages participants to drop the filters, step away from surface-level interactions, and engage in real conversations that explore identity, mental health, social pressure, and personal growth.

The program supports the Multicultural Center’s mission to promote student belonging, self-reflection, and connection across shared and different lived experiences.
