Seat of Power (Jess Roche)

*Seat of Power* is part of the Friday Conversations series and is designed to foster connection, understanding, and transparency between students and Bentley faculty/staff who hold campus leadership roles. The program shines a light on individuals who sit in “seats of power,” helping to demystify titles and reduce the fear of engaging with campus decision-makers.

This series creates an open, respectful space for authentic dialogue around leadership, identity, and lived experience. It supports the Multicultural Center’s commitment to inclusive community building and student empowerment.
