Gallup Global Strengths Coach Certification Application

Information

In alignment with both the commitment to inclusive leadership development for staff, and divisional efforts to streamline and deepen student training opportunities, the division of Student Affairs is offering an opportunity for full-time exempt staff to participate in the Gallup Global Strengths Coach Certification Course. The goals of this initiative would be to provide consistent and personalized development opportunities for new staff and managers, while also upskilling interested staff in the opportunity to enhance their Strengths knowledge for the purpose of broadening training, coaching, and development opportunities for students.
