SP26 Waitlisted Courses – What You Need to Know

As the spring semester approaches, there’s still time for schedules to settle. If you’re on a waitlist, here’s what you need to know:

  • Check your email and Workday notifications regularly. Seats may become available if other students adjust their schedules during the add/swap period.
  • Respond promptly to offers. If you receive a waitlist offer on Workday, you have 48 hours to accept before it's offered to the next student. Please be aware your offer EXPIRES after 48 hours. Note: Weekends are included in the 48 hours.
  • Reach out to your Graduate Advisor with any questions or concerns. Graduate Academic Advising manage waitlists and can assist you with next steps. Please do not contact faculty about your waitlist status.

Staying informed and connected ensures you don’t miss an opportunity if a seat opens up!

Setting Yourself Up for a Successful Semester
As the semester begins, taking a small amount of time now can make a big difference later. Start by checking Brightspace regularly and reviewing each course syllabus carefully so you’re clear on expectations, deadlines, and key dates.

Investing a little time at the beginning of the semester to organize your academic calendar, personal commitments, and professional responsibilities can help reduce stress and improve focus. Starting thoughtfully allows you to manage your time more effectively and sets a strong foundation for a productive and successful term!

Fuel Your Success for Spring 2026!

If you find yourself struggling with hunger this semester, know that Bentley's got you covered. Check out these resources (available to every Bentley student!) to help you stay full and fuel your success.

  • Falcon Family Fridge: Located outside between Jennison and Smith Halls; their motto is "take what you need, leave what you can". All students are encouraged to utilize this resource (whether you're taking or donating) whenever necessary.
  • Swipe Out Hunger Program: Students facing food insecurity can submit an application to receive meal swipes from the 921.
  • Falcons Finding Food Program: Created as a sustainability initiative, Bentley community members can receive notifications whenever there is excess food leftover from on-campus programing.
