Fall into Thanksgiving Break

The semester’s flying by and Thanksgiving break is almost here! There will be no classes Nov 26-28. Take the break to rest, recharge, and enjoy some well-earned downtime (and maybe a little extra pie).

In the spirit of the season, we want to take a moment to say we're extra grateful for you and all the hard work you’ve put in this semester. The Bentley Graduate community is welcoming and vibrant because of each and every one of you; and it's a privilege getting to assist you through your academic journey. Thank you for being the reason we love what we do!

On-Campus Thanksgiving Celebration

Planning on sticking around campus this Thanksgiving? Come and celebrate the holiday with an on-campus community dinner on Thursday, 11/27 from 11 AM - 4 PM. All are welcome to join and share a meal and good company! Those wishing to participate are kindly asked to RSVP in order to plan appropriately. Details regarding location will follow after RSVP confirmation.

Celebrate International Education Week!

Bentley will be hosting the first annual celebration of International Education Week on campus this week (November 17-21). International Education Week builds on the previous celebration of CultureFest; and is a vibrant celebration of global learning, cultural exchange, and community.

Supper Club Series: 11/12 Recap

Thank you to everyone who joined us last week and to those who have joined in the past! These dinners have become such a meaningful way to connect with our graduate community, and we truly appreciate you showing up. We hope to see you at our final Supper Club of the semester on December 9!

Tip of the Week: Be present, One Step at a Time

Graduate school can feel like a race! But rushing often leads to burnout and stress. Instead, focus on just one step at a time. When you’re in class, be in class. When you’re studying, study. When you’re resting, truly rest. Breaking big goals into smaller, manageable actions helps you stay grounded and reduces overwhelm. Remember: progress happens in moments, not in leaps.

Try This: Before starting any tasks, pause for 60 seconds. Take a deep breath, silence distractions, and ask yourself: What’s the one thing i need to do right? Then, commit to that single step.

🗓️ Dates to Remember

11/26 - 11/28 - Thanksgiving Break! University offices closed, no classes 🦃
11/30 - Last day of asycnhronous six-week session II courses

Food Insecurity Resources

For some of our fellow Falcons, campus closing for holiday breaks can bring about the challenge of accessing a steady meal. Click here to learn more about the on- and off-campus resources available to ensure we can feed our flock all season long.
