🍂 Mid-Semester Momentum 

It's hard to believe we're already five weeks into the semester! As midterms and major assignments begin to approach, remember that you don't have to navigate the busy season alone. Whether you need guidance on course planning, academic resources, or strategies for staying on track, the Graduate Academic Advising & Engagement team is here to support you every step of the way.

🗓️ Dates to Remember

10/12 -  Columbus/Indigenous People's Day:University closed, no classes 
10/12-10/13 - Fall break, no classes 
10/15 - Last day to drop all courses for 100% refund, six-week second session courses 
10/16 - Last day to add/swap a course, six-week second session courses 
10/19 - Last day to drop a course without a W grade, six-week second session courses
10/26 - Registration for Winter 2027 term for all graduate students 
11/2 - Registration for Spring 2027 term for all graduate students

Winter & Spring Registration Is Almost Here!

Registration opens soon, so now is the perfect time to review your degree audit and identify the courses you still need to complete. Have a quick question? Connect with a graduate advisor during drop-in hours or schedule an appointment for more in-depth questions.

Important Registration Dates

October 21 Courses will be published in Workday and the Registration Hub goes live.
October 26 Winter Intensive registration begins.
November 2 Spring registration begins.

Explore the World with Bentley Global Experiences (BGX)

Looking to add a global experience to your graduate education? Bentley Global Experiences (BGX) are faculty-led, 3-credit study abroad courses offered during January break, Spring break, and May. BGX courses can often be used as an elective toward your graduate degree, allowing you to combine global travel, cultural experiences, and business learning while earning academic credit.

Upcoming January & March BGX Deadlines

October 1: Early Bird deadline (save $125)
October 16: Course and scholarship application deadline
October 28: Course and scholarship decisions announced
