TABLING

Registered student organizations wishing to set up a table in the Student Center should log onto EMS and reserve 210A, 210B, or 210C (Lobby outside of the 921).

For tabling in other spaces on campus please contact the Conference Center at ConferenceServices@bentley.edu

Responsibilities

RSOs are limited to booking one table at a time and cannot reserve tabling space for longer than five consecutive days hours.
RSOs should be mindful of the amount of people they have at each table, as a pathway must be maintained for passersby.
