The Bentley Arena is a multi-purpose facility that supports campus-wide programs, events, and traditions. Student organizations looking to book the Bentley Arena for an event should complete the Bentley Arena Request Form on CampusGroups at the end of each academic year for the following academic year. Student organizations who complete this form are not guaranteed their preferred event date or an event date in the Arena. SP&E and the Bentley Arena staff will then communicate finalized event dates with student organizations after confirming the arena’s availability during the next academic year.
